Questions
Who counts as a team member?
Your staff and anyone you give the admin or member role on a project. Clients never count. Read how it works.
What happens when updates end?
A paid licence covers every build released on or before its updates date, forever. A build released after that date still runs with the team member count on your licence, but shows staff a banner that says updates have ended. Reading and writing are unaffected. You can renew, or go back to the newest version your licence covers. Read how it works.
Why is there never a lockout?
If you go over your limit, nothing is removed or locked. Eddyline refuses to add a team member and says why in a plain message. Everyone who was working keeps working. Read how it works.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have 30 days, no questions asked. A refunded key keeps working, because an offline key cannot be revoked. Read how it works.
