Managed Eddyline
You want the tracker, not a server to look after. SectorFlow runs Eddyline for you on its own small server, built the same way as the self-hosted install, and your licence is included.
What we run and do
- One dedicated install per customer on its own server, so another customer's problem never reaches yours.
- Updates within 7 days of a release, and within 2 business days for a security fix. How updates ship.
- Nightly backups sent off-site and kept 30 days. How backups work.
- Monitoring on every instance, and a restore drill each quarter.
- Support by email, with an answer within one business day, Toronto hours.
Where your data lives
Canada and the EU first. The US is available on request. You pick the region when you sign up, and the agreement names it.
Your address is <customer>.eddyline.cloud, or your own domain through a CNAME. We handle the certificate either way.

We have server access for operations only. Our staff sign in to your workspace only when you invite them for support.

The licence is included. Annual plans get 2 months free. All prices are in US dollars.

Leaving
When you cancel we offer a final dump for download for 30 days. You can move to a self-hosted install with that dump and
eddy restore, and keep your licence until its update date. After that the server and its backups are deleted.
Hosting your data makes SectorFlow a processor. The data processing agreement is part of the terms.
